• Act as the primary technical authority in projects, consult and lead technical solutions for multiple teams throughout the process of designing, implementing, and deploying search experience solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise and execute robust, scalable solutions within a DXP framework.
• Engage with Product Managers and Sales groups within the business to identify and respond to customer needs.
• Conduct technical presentations, lead training sessions and workshops for clients, showcasing product capabilities tailored to their needs.
• Take charge of post-sales endeavors by fostering strong relationships, leveraging product expertise, strategic planning, and execution, backed by a track record of success.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify potential issues, and proactively provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Successfully delivered more than 240 search solutions and projects to diverse clients spanning Government agencies, Banking industries, and Universities across Australia, the U.S., and the U.K.
• Implemented numerous enterprise searches by indexing content across various domains and sub-domains, social media, databases, directories and more.
• Oversaw the onboarding procedures for over 70 new clients post-deployment, as well as for existing clients following product upgrades.
• Played an integral role in product development by collating client feedback, evaluating satisfaction levels, and pinpointing avenues for product enhancement and expansion.
• Consistently surpassed weekly KPIs by an impressive margin of 30%.
